Academic pressure, , peer pressure -parent pressure: which do you think is strongest for most teenagers? If you picked parent pressure, you’re right. So if you ever wonder HOW you’re supposed to support your anxious teenager, you're in the right place.
What I’ve noticed is that HOW a parent responds to their teenager with anxiety matters.
What a parent does or doesn’t do is either a hindrance or a help but RARELY NEUTRAL.
I will coach a parent of teenagers who experience anxiety and are actively seeking some tips on how to support their teen.

I am a bilingual (French-English) mental health professional (registered social worker) and have worked with families and individuals for many years. . I have training in both cognitive behavioural therapy as well as many mind-body approaches. I am also trained in SPACE - Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions, an evidence-based program where the focus is ONLY on what a parent can control: their own behaviour.
