What I’ve noticed is that HOW a parent responds to their teenager with anxiety matters.
What a parent does or doesn’t do is either a hindrance or a help but RARELY NEUTRAL.
I will coach a parent of teenagers who experience anxiety and are actively seeking some tips on how to support their teen.

I am a bilingual (French-English) mental health professional (registered social worker) and have worked with families and individuals for many years. . I have training in both cognitive behavioural therapy as well as many mind-body approaches. I am also trained in SPACE - Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions, an evidence-based program where the focus is ONLY on what a parent can control: their own behaviour.
