I will be a trainer and workout programmer for you to help you achieve your fitness goals. Online or in-person, whether it's getting back in shape, performance improvements, or learning new movements correctly, you can achieve it!

Though I have found strength training the most enjoyable for me, I understand that different people have different goals and expectations. Those differences mean different methods to progress on the path to reaching those goals.

I am willing to coach both online and in person. Obviously, in person training will be much more effective in terms of your progress, but technology allows us to work together online as well. In person, I am willing to do sessions anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours long. Online, I will create the workout program and give feedback, advice and encouragement. We can discuss "pricing" for online coaching. 45 Simbi is for in person for an hour

Regardless of training method, I will be available over text message most of the time.

Certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as a Personal Trainer

Amateur Strongman in NAS (North American Strongman) and USS (United States Strongman)
Results:
3rd in 2016 Rushmore Classic
3rd in 2016 Alaska Fitness Expo
1st in 2017 Stone Cold Strongman Challenge
3rd in 2017 Iron Warrior Rumble

When ever you need support over the phone for online training. For in person training, weekends are best.

Ben was Amazing! The program I received was perfect, I could do it with some difficulty, but fortunately I never got sore the next day. Be was also su...per understanding about the time frame and when I could not complete some exercises, so those were swapped for others to help me build muscle. Who am I: My name is Ben Looi and I am an amateur Strongman and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer. I am confident, outgoing, easy-going and passionate. If I could... have one wish, it would be that I will always have the drive to pursue my passions fearlessly. Why: Why do I want to coach and train people. Because I think that everyone has potential in them for something great. I don't mean that everyone is going to be a fitness model or powerlifter, but that everyone is capable of doing what they are passionate about well. Coaching others is not only a service that I hope will help others achieve their goals but it is also fulfilling for me. I am joyful in others success and I feel great pride in being part of others journeys. I believe that I have the knowledge and skills necessary to help you turn your fitness goals into achievable and sustainable results. More about myself: I have lived in multiple countries and speak three languages. I tend to move around alot and because of that, believe that online coaching and programming will be the most consistent way for me to help you achieve your goals. I believe that everyone can however benefit from light strength training and cardio. Flexibility and mobility is especially important to me as I have had to rehabilitate from a shoulder injury myself.
