Once we discover your strengths we can immediately begin to do exercises that will enhance your communication, actual you as an assertive agent, and get more done as a team player.
Training & Qualifications
Carnell has been active force in the clean energy industry for three years and has led a four time national award winning student chapter at Kennesaw State called the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). The Kennesaw State University chapter of AEE Has awarded students over $23,000 in scholarships and has featured guest speakers from all across the United States from solar installers, wind energy start ups, energy efficiency experts, elected officials, and many more professionals over the years since his three year tenure beginning in 2018. In 2021, The Kennesaw State chapter for AEE was awarded Best Overall Student Chapter Performance, Best Student Chapter Meeting, and Outstanding Student Chapter Member (Lance Soo, electrical engineering major). Also four students won scholarships which totaled $6,000. Although Carnell is no longer a student chapter leader, he mentors the current officers and provides world class leadership training and guidance. Carnell also has published two research papers one which studied the physics behind nuclear molten salt reactor technology and the other one which investigated a levelized cost of energy model (LCOE) for solar in the state of Georgia. After graduation, Carnell plans to work for a clean energy start up in the battery industry and will work to advocate and lobby for clean energy legislation in his state. Carnell currently has a contract with AlphaSights Ltd. as a client consultant for clean energy projects. In his free time, Carnell enjoys creative writing, poetry, cooking, and mixed martial arts.
