I will interview you and create a digital family Genogram that you can use as a tool towards self-awareness and goal-setting. I can help plot past trends within your family up to 4 generations. Some examples could be: relationship history, careers, addictions, fertility, mental health etc. You can also use this process to understand more deeply someone you are partnered with and how your relationship may be shaped.
I will promise you up front that you can use anonymous names or family relationships ( mom, dad, sister-in-law ) and that no matter how deep you decide to go, I will keep the information private and confidential. Training & Qualifications
I have a Bachelor's Degree with a specific focus on Human Services and Family Life Education. I am passionate about organic counselling and like to help others learn more about what shapes who they are. I am patient and a good listener and will create the genogram without judgment or assumption.
