Love, optimism and gratefulness win the day! I am a Portland native and Navy veteran. I specialize in Reiki, coffee readings and tarot readings. Spirituality is a big part of my life and my faith is strong. To best serve my clients, I am constantly trying to better myself by incorporating new healthy habits and reducing the habits that only serve the ego. I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. I try and keep a high vibration through diet and exercise. I meditate and practice yoga on a daily basis. In my free time you can find me on a disc golf course or being active out in nature one way or another. Music is a very important aspect of my life. I enjoy going to concerts.
