At some point or another, most of us would like to lose some weight. Whether it is because we want to look good in that summer outfit or work forward a healthier lifestyle, the goal is the same. It can be a hard task and it is even more challenging to find something that works, won't cost you a fortune and is safe and effective for more than just the short term. I wrote an article on a method I use based on a system developed by a personal trainer and fitness competitor. The basic concepts will work and won't cost you a dine more than groceries all while not starving yourself or throwing out whole food groups.
