I will asses your food, thought patterns, attitude, lifestyle, and daily habits and then give recommendations. Pain is an exerperience that can be perceived and present itself in many different ways. It can come from thought patterns, tightness in muscles, toxins in the brain or the body, nerves being pinched, the list can go on. The big issue is that each person is different, and can have any combination of complex reasons for experiencing pain. There is no holy grail answer, each individual has to find the reason for their own unique pain.
Training & Qualifications
I'm a licensed a certified massage therapist with a lot of experience with diet, nutrition, psychology and the medical field. I've spent years getting to know my clients, talking with them, and seeing patterns in how and why people experience pain, as well as what helps.
