2. give you advice on what you can improve or ideas for progression & regression if necessary.
Should it be suspension training (TRX), home workout, traditional gym machines or dumbell / barbell exercises, I am going to give you a sincere feedback based on most recent fitness science. As you most probably know, proper form is crucial to getting benefits from a given exercise and avoiding injuries that might hinder your progress later on.
There are no "stupid questions" and there is really no judging, so you can go ahead sharing your form video with me in confidence. :)
I am also a certified spinal training instructor, so being injury-free will be the first and most important aspect when assessing your exercises.
I know how important privacy is. I am NOT sharing your video with anyone. You can - for example - upload it to YouTube applying a setting by which only those in possession of the link can view it. Or you can share your recording on any other video hosting service that is freely available online and you are comfortable with.
