Training & Qualifications
I am a certified Laughter Yoga leader, with 4 years experience teaching a weekly class. I love LOVE LOVE helping people re-learn to laugh - we used to know how to do it when we were children, but many of us have forgotten! With daily practice your body and mind can re-learn it. Laughter can come easily to you again.
