This is a recipe I discovered while living in New Zealand.
Store in a covered bowl in the fridge - it will keep up to 2 weeks
You can add blueberries just before you bake them
This is a very large batch and is great for potlucks, but you can halve the recipe
The recipe is from New Zealand and therefore not as sweet. You can increase the sugar to taste.
Bake it in the oven for 15 mins, or in the microwave in 2 1/2 (for 4) or 3 1/2 mins (for 6)
Ideal for dorms too!
