I’m looking for a Health & Fitness Accountability Partner. This is for someone passionate about optimizing their health. Here are the specifics:
Prior to the first meeting, we each define success metrics.
Here are mine ( I call them, The Magic 3!):
7+ hrs/sleep.
8K+ daily steps.
Strength train 2x+/wk.
We meet 2x/wk for 30 min (1 hr total time commitment). We each have 15 min to discuss:
-What’s going well.
-Any roadblocks or potential roadblocks (together, we brainstorm solutions).

-Lost 20 pounds four years ago and have found a simple, effective way to maintain my size 2 bod.
-Come from a long line of doctors
-Worked with a nutritionist for the last four years. Learned a lot I can help you with!
