Basic Fitness Regiment

I will help you determine what your goal is if necessary, then give you guidelines to reach it. Everybody's different, so not every fitness regiment works for everybody. I'll help you customize a solid workout routine for you and provide you with links and visuals on how to do certain exercises. I don't aim for exotic, I aim for techniques that ensure growth and prevent injury, as well as explanations for why some things work and other things don't. Fitness is a lifetime commitment, so make sure you're ready for that before you get into anything too serious.
Training & Qualifications
I have years of experience in the gym, and good mentors. I have also experienced health issues that I have had to work around to achieve fitness. .
Availability & Preferences
I can email or meet in person. I'm free on weeknights but most of what I have to offer can be done online.
