You have an inner compass that when accessed regularly will lead you towards your True North. In this 1 hour session I will walk you through a body compass reading to get you started in accessing your own body wisdom for decision making. I will show you what a shackles on feeling is and a shackles off feeling. By relying on your own intuition you will have more certainty in your choices and gain better insight into what you truly want from this one wild and precious life.
Training & Qualifications
I am a Life Coach in training with Martha Beck. This is a Mind/Body alignment tool that we use to gain access to inner wisdom in decision making. We use this in all aspects of our coaching work with clients to reinforce it. The more you access your inner wisdom the more your body will respond with a deeper sense of what is true for you.
