Help me cultivate collective wellness through movement, awareness, and reflection!
I was introduced to Qigong mid 2023. During my first sesson I immediately felt results and it was only a 5 minute practice. From there I have fallen in love with the movement and flow practice. The more time I spend practicing Qigong the more I want to practice. Which lead me to create this offering.
Through these sessons, I hope to assist in the cultivativation of collective wellness through awareness, movement, and reflection.
Why?
I believe Father God and Mother Gaia have called me to assist in a collective reset through community.
How?
By utilize the Student-Teacher mentality to learn, practice, and share our experiences with movement.
What to expect?
STEP 1: Start a conversation or propose a deal!
STEP 2: You will recieve a pre-recorded video of an Intuitive Qigong Flow, via YouTube.
STEP 3: Once you have completed the practice the video will instruct you to answer a few question(see 📌 pinned comment in video) and/or you will be asked to complete a brief reflection survey.
STEP 4(Optional): Set up a 10-15min recap session.
