I will guide you through your recipe, helping you hone your techniques and perfect your timing. Together, we can cook delicious meals and baked goods. We simply Skype and chat our way through your recipe, I'll see you all the way through to success.

I have written curricula on homestyle beads, vegetarian and vegan cooking for omnivore palates, soups and sauces, custards, slow cooking, whole foods, and traditional foods. Additionally, I have written cookbooks of homestyle baking and better than store-bought recipes.
