Scotch Whisky recommendations
10
Scotch Whisky comes in many variations, some you will love and some you will regret spending good money on. My service seeks to provide some guidance when navigating the sometimes expensive shoals of the Ocean Of Whisky! Based on your answers to a questionnaire, I will make several recommendations for Scotch Whiskies that you may enjoy.
Your analysis will be based on your answers and will consider variables such as price range (from budget through high end Single Malts and blends), several flavour preferences and how much you want to impress your date... I will select options that are commonly available in North America.
The more accurately you fill out the questionnaire the more likely you will enjoy the suggestions !
Training & Qualifications
I have been a Scotch drinker sine the early 1980's. As means allowed, I have sampled many of the available offerings and have taken numerous whisky seminars. My personal preferred range starts at Glenlivet and Glenfiddich and goes up through Royal Lochnagar, Lagavulin, Glenmorangie and up to many 25 year old Single Malts (Macallan, Highland Park,) and blends (Johnnie Walker Blue, Chivas Regal 25). I am also well versed in the more budget brands (Grant's, Famous Grouse, Johnnie Walker Red), although, in my opinion, if you want to really enjoy Scotch, you should try something decent rather than the entry level brands - for a little more money you get a greatly superior whisky experience !
