I'll lead a guided meditation to help you unwind more deeply. Establishing a purpose and goal prior to the session will help to make the guided session more individualized. The first step will involve breath exercises, followed by full body relaxation techniques and choices to include additional time for forgiveness, compassion, and gratitude.
I'm excited to guide you further into mental relaxation so that you may feel rested and prepared for the remainder of the day. I'll also provide you the tools you need to start putting the meditation techniques into practice so that each meditation adds to your mental clarity bank.

We'll hold sessions over video or audio calls.

I am a Holistic Coach, Mind, Body, and Spirit and have guided client meditations for the last 5 years.
