I will help you feel differently about your body through, daily, consistent habits practice. I will also give feedback over a 30-minute Skype conversation.
You will get Sleep management, Exercise Coaching, Habit-based nutrition coaching, Stress Management and Wellness Education.
I will help you feel better about your back, your knees, your diet and your well-being.

Training & Qualifications
I am a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach, an ISSA Certified Trainer and a Wellness Coach.
I have a bachelor's degree in Microbiology and an MBA in Project Management (Distinction).
My work experience spans across hospitals, corporations and individuals. Helping them improve the quality of their lives through practicing daily healthy habits. I love kids too, so I teach science-based subjects when I possibly can. Particularly Biology and Chemistry.
